The ID.3 offers a practical driving experience with a 62 kWh battery that provides a maximum range of 260 miles when new. Charging is straightforward, taking 9 hours and 30 minutes for a full charge at home using a 7kW charger, or as little as 37 minutes to reach 80% capacity at a fast public charging point. Performance is responsive, with the ability to accelerate from 0-62mph in 7.3 seconds. The vehicle is well equipped for comfort and convenience, featuring the Comfort Package Plus which includes climate control, heated seats, and a heated steering wheel. Practicality is enhanced by a large boot space and a transport hitch kit prepared for a bicycle carrier. Safety and ease of use are supported by front and rear parking sensors, as well as adaptive cruise control with front assist, radar sensor distance monitoring, and a city emergency braking system.
